And Time Moves On…

Well, this post is almost 4 months to the day since my last.

In hindsight, we went through an incredibly trying time…my husband transitioning to a new job with incredibly long hours and me working through another first trimester (which my body does not handle well…at all).

However, “…The Lord is the everlasting God, the Creator of the ends of the earth. He will not grow tired or weary, and his understanding no one can fathom. He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak. Even youths grow tired and weary and young men stumble and fall; but those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles, they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.” – Isaiah 40: 28-31

22 Weeks

We are on the flip side and this last couple months have been an incredible blessing! With the Lord’s help, I am back in a place of taking care of myself, our family and our home to the best of my ability!

Here is an updated picture of our beautiful little boy…he is so sweet, fun and wonderful. He demands quite a bit of energy and attention, but is really starting to play for longer periods of time independently. Ironically, when he plays by himself, I’m always curious to see what he’s up to or join in. Look at this face, how could I not? Breathtaking.

Max - 20.5 months!

We had our ultrasound on October 4th, at exactly 20 weeks. We didn’t want to know the gender, but were blessed to see a seemingly healthy, growing baby! Here is the first picture with our new little babe!

Just a few weeks after our 3 year anniversary!

I literally cannot begin to put into words this last period of time. So, I don’t even want to try. Not here, not now. I will say this, I am basking in God’s Glory and praising Him for what He has brought us through.

I’m happy to be writing once more.
